The most important function of the Padbay app is the music control. You can use your Play/Pause button ( for most vehicle designs this will be the forward and backwards button) to control the current played songs. Of course you can use those buttons to change to the next or previous song. Via the slider you can regulate the volume or, if you have changed in the settings the functions, you can use the slider to go for or back within the song and you can see the song progress. To choose another song, different album or you would like to listen to another interpret, simply touch the cover and enter your music files.

Now you can choose one of your saved Videos and Music videos to watch and listen to, for a new experience of music in your car. You can switch between a small and a "full-screen" display. When choosing the small video view, the video library is always visible on the left side to allow quick access. With a simple click on the video you can always switch between the 2 different displays.

This function will allow you to open and choose other applications. Therefore you will be able to choose for example Facebook, Spotify, or a navigation app like TomTom or Navigon. You can simply return to the Padbay app to change either the music or to choose a different application through the 4-finger swipe.

With this genius feature you can rearrange the icons on the control bar. If you have favourite apps you use more often, you can add them to your control bar. Personalise your Padbay app the way you like!

In this screen, you can configure a number of settings, and you can also display the rear view camera on the button in the upper right corner. In the upper left corner you can find an information / help button under which you can quickly get help on using the music player. In addition, you can edit the iMessage templates rearrange the control bar icons make camera settings for the rear view camera and switch designs. In the settings you can find the in-app store. Also you can define the speed indicator and slider function.

Behind the Button "templates" are hidden personalised messages that can then be quickly and easily sent. Alternatively you can, however, also quite normal write a message – of course you have capital letter as well as lower case. With only one click on the "Send Message" button (stamp) you can simply select a contact and your message will be sent.

With the map function you can search for destinations and navigate to the point of interest. Alternatively you can choose to be on the map so that you always know what is around you. You can even see your driving direction.

With this feature you can turn the app to 180 degrees so that the charging port is on the left.
